With over 25 years of experience in global residential sales and marketing, Emmanuel Vaggis has managed some of Australia’s most iconic residential and mixed-use development projects. They include York & George, East Village, and Central Park, just to name a few. 

Emmanuel has worked with some of Australia's major private and institutional developers that have the need for a dedicated and highly experienced professional sales and marketing team that can deliver on a de-risked sales and marketing strategy for the project concerned. 

Known for his organisational skills, positive outlook, and sales enthusiasm, Emmanuels’ strength lies in his personal end-to-end customer service delivery.  His diligence is showcased through undertaking complex research on current market trends and managing listings.

Rob started in real estate in 1987 to help cover tuition fees and the cost of living whilst studying accounting and law at university.

He commenced in land then estate sales, then progressed to major projects and then multi site acquisitions.

Rob purchased his first property at 21 and with over 30 years of industry knowledge and practice, he intrinsically believes property is a way to enrich your life.

Rob is passionate about property and working with people to help them achieve their goals and dreams.

He also has a passion for water sports, in particular sailing & the America’s Cup race.

Maria is a marketing specialist. Her 25 years of industry experience and expertise in marketing and customer service, adds enormous value to the team.

Maria has always been attracted to challenging roles that require the fine balance of delivering good value while operating commercially. Her expertise in marketing, internal communications, media relations, corporate social responsibility, community relations, government dealings and stakeholder management provide her with a sound foundation for increasing business performance and growth.

Maria has a wealth of strategic experience in large and diverse organisations as well as delivering on practical applications with small private companies, councils, and community groups. She has extensive experience in leading, developing and implementing all facets of the marketing function including branding, marketing planning, advertising, media relations, sponsorships, publicity, direct mail, merchandise, displays and promotional materials. She is also ideally suited to assisting businesses in generating fresh ideas for marketing their brands.

Maria is a current Board Member of Peer Support Australia and The Michael Hughes Foundation and a former Board Member of Adele House.  She also held positions with Rotary International, both local and regional, and the Property Industry Foundation, caring for Kids at Risk.

David Mance has worked in the real estate industry since 2010.

He successfully ran the leasing division for a boutique inner west real estate agency and head hunted across to run the leasing division for a major developer / builder.

In 2021 David joined Live Property Marketing to run sales at Pearl of the Bay, Meadowbank and to start up Live Propertys leasing division.
